February 2006, Sally Suicide's first gig and they get picked for In The City Unsigned. Their second gig puts them in Norwegian Øya Festival's program. Damned lucky? Maybe, but not for nothing...

In one year Sally Suicide has gained a solid live reputation in Oslo, visited Norway's major cities and played England on several occasions. People like Phil Saxe (Factory Records/ITC Unsigned) and Seymour Stein (Sire Records) have taken place in the audience. From the 800 bands playing In The City 2006, Sally Suicide was one of the ten making it to NME's pages. The songs Thurston Moore and Sounds Like Addiction have reached national German radio NDR, and are frequently played at the British webradio Pulserated.
